Shipping and Handling

We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost. The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our lowest-price shipping method and assume all items in your cart are going to one address. If you select a different shipping method or multiple addresses, your actual shipping cost may be higher. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.


Processing and Shipping Time

We use FedEx, UPS Ground, and Priority Mail for shipping depending on the ship to address. Priority Mail takes an average of 2-7 business days, UPS / FedEx takes an average of 2-8 business days depending on the destination. We provide Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select for an extra charge. Free S/H for orders over $200 in the continental United States. Shipping times apply to shipments in the continental United States. For shipments sent by Standard to Alaska and Hawaii, add 2 days to the shipping time. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses take 3 to 6 weeks.


Shipping to a Different Address

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, you must list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order quicker.


Split Shipments

We may fulfill the items in your order at different times if any item is backordered, so your order may arrive in different boxes and at different times. You will receive a confirmation email for each shipment. The email also lists the items that have already shipped and those still to be shipped. We do not charge extra for these split shipments.


Heavy or Oversize Items

Some heavy or large items, identified as oversize, have a special shipping cost. You can find your actual shipping cost during checkout. Oversize items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates and territories, or APO/FPO addresses.


Types of Email Confirmations

After you place an order with , we email you with pertinent information about your order's status. For instance, soon after you place an order, we send an email confirming we have received it. We send a second confirmation email when your order has shipped. We send more than one shipment confirmation email if we fulfill the order in multiple shipments. We might also send other emails about your order's status, if necessary. Please save these emails for your records.


Where can I ship my order?

We ship most items to all 50 states plus these U.S. protectorates and territories: American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and U.S. Virgin Islands.

We ship most items to APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery takes 3 to 6 weeks. Items we cannot ship to these addresses are identified on the item page or when you click "See estimated arrival date" on the item page. Further restrictions on item type, size, and weight may exist in the country where the APO/FPO address is located. Please contact your post office to verify item type, size, and weight restrictions for the country where your APO/FPO address is located.

Except as stated above for APO/FPO addresses and U.S. protectorates and territories, we ship to international destinations only if payment in advance by International Cashier Check or Paypal. Additional charges may apply, please contact us for details.


Return Policy

All UNOPENED merchandise may be returned within 7 days of the date you receive your merchandise. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to your account.

Note: We have no control over the carriers. Once the package is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carriers.

See below for detailed guidelines:

  1. All returns/exchange are required to be labeled with an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number, which has to be obtained from our returns department prior to you sending the product back to us.
  2. RMA numbers are valid for ten days only.
  3. Each item to be returned will need a unique RMA number. Products sent back without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted.
  4. Any package received without an RMA number on the label will be returned to you. In order to receive RMA number, please be sure to send email to
  5. Defective products can be returned for replacement of the same product, without a restocking fee being assessed. The return shipping is at the customer's expense. Upon receipt of the returned defective product by our warehouse personnel, we will ship the replacement product to you from our facility. There is no additional shipping charge incurred by the customer for this third leg of the process.
