15-Day Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely happy, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened teas, powders, supplements, or food-related products.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@ashitaba.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
- Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at happylife@tuluc.com with photos of the issue.
We will resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Clearance or discounted sale items
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund.
- If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@ashitaba.com.
